2 Weekend shifts per month/2 Holidays per year/25 hours per week, days & evenings

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead recreational activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all residents.

• Collaborate with other staff to ensure activities meet the needs and interests of residents.

• Assist in organizing special events and outings.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate and patient individual with a positive attitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning diverse activities.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
