About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units
• Overseeing the implementation of resident care plans
• Conducting regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensuring proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates
• Promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous Supervisor experience
