Ambitions ABA Colorado is looking for caring, motivated individuals to work with children with autism. No ABA experience, RBT certification, or experience working with children with autism required!

We provide free access to RBT training to help you learn the skills you need to get started in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Whether you’re exploring a future healthcare career, looking to gain valuable experience, or simply want to earn extra income doing something meaningful, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

• Work one-on-one with autistic children using fun, engaging activities.

• Help children develop communication, social, and everyday life skills.

• Use games, toys, and play-based activities to encourage learning.

• Help children practice daily routines and become more independent.

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

• Follow a treatment plan and track each child's progress.

Requirements for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Commitment to completing the training program and required RBT certification process.

• A genuine interest in working with autistic children and their families.

• Patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
