RN Supervisor

Newport Meadows is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the team Full-Time on the 3pm - 11:30pm shift. Our 139-bed facility specializes in long-term care and short-term stay services. We are dedicated to providing exemplary customer service and top-quality care. Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned

• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

  How to be a successful candidate:

• Have at least1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility

• Have at least1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Qualifications

Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.

1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
