Pick and Pack Associate

We are looking for Pick and Pack associates for our fulfillment location

• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends.

Job Summary: A Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate is responsible for locating, picking, checking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.

• Check items for accuracy, quality, and damage before packing.

• Pack products securely using appropriate boxes, bags, and packaging materials.

• Print and attach shipping labels to packages.

• Sort and organize orders for dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.

• Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Meet daily picking, packing, and productivity targets.

• Work with warehouse team members to ensure orders are processed on time.

Requirements and Skills

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management and reliability.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as required.

• Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience is an advantage but may not be essential.

Working Environment

• Warehouse or distribution center.

• May involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.

• Personal protective equipment and safety procedures may be required.
