Job Summary:

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Direct Support Professional to join our team in Englishtown, NJ. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-to-one with an adult with developmental disabilities, providing essential support and companionship to enhance their daily life. Responsibilities:

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community, helping them with daily routines and activities
• Provide companionship and community support to promote social connection and independence
• Encourage and assist with personal goals and progress, such as self-care, socialization, and skill-building
• Maintain a safe and stable environment, adhering to individualized support instructions
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the Kindly Direct Care team

Qualifications:

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule (TBD)
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
• Driving required
• Ability to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training

Additional Information:

• Pay: $17-$21/hour
• Location: Englishtown, NJ

•Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m
• Driving on shift: Required
