Personal Care Aide – Part-Time

Pay Rate: $14–$15/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Part-Time

• 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Every other weekend and holiday required

About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide daily care, assistance, and companionship to our residents while helping ensure their needs are met according to individualized care plans.

Training for medication administration is provided by the facility — no prior experience is necessary!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training and procedures

• Assist residents during mealtimes and help provide a pleasant dining experience

• Provide compassionate companionship and build meaningful relationships with residents

• Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Willingness to learn and complete facility-provided medication training
