Our Caregivers work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and open communication

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and members of the care team to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, and provide updates to the care team and family members

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
