About the RN Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior Role:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

• Providing education and support to patients and their families

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care

RN Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience as a registered nurse preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
