Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a premier skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including progress notes and medication administration records

• Assist with resident daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional resident care
