Job Summary:

Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Full-Time Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) team. As a Nightshift CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care while residents rest. Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse

• Provide hands-on resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, mobility assistance, toileting and continence care, and meal assistance

• Monitor and document intake/output and promptly report changes in resident condition

• Perform routine overnight safety checks and respond promptly to resident needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, including making beds and tidying resident areas

• Accurately document care, interventions, and events in the resident record

• Follow all infection control policies and procedures

• Collaborate with nursing staff and assist with other duties as assigned

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards:

• Uphold resident dignity, rights, and safety at all times

• Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property per facility policy

• Immediately report any work-related injury to your supervisor

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification - Required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality resident care

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents throughout the shift

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
