Kindly Direct Care is hiring an early-morning part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Brick, NJ. 

About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone who likes waking up early in the morning! Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home. 

• Provide home-based and ADL support including lifting.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Ability to lift.

• Consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experience required 

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: 6 am to 10 am, Monday and Wednesday 
Pay: $17-$22/hour
Location: Brick, NJ
Driving on shift: Not required
