As a Dietary Aide at Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support to our dietary team. Located in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is committed to providing high-quality care and a nurturing environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dietitians and culinary staff with food preparation, serving, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to dietary guidelines and regulations
• Assist with menu planning and food ordering as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain accurate records and report any issues or concerns to management
