Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Pay: Up to $22 per hour

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with their daily care needs. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of licensed nursing staff to provide attentive, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Support residents with meals and hydration according to their care plans.

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in their condition to the nursing team.

• Measure and record vital signs and other information as assigned.

• Help keep resident areas clean, safe, and comfortable.

• Protect residents’ privacy and treat each person with dignity and respect.

• Follow care plans, facility policies, and infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.

• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate concerns to nursing staff.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation

Pay is up to $22 per hour. Actual pay may depend on qualifications and experience.
