Position: Per Diem – Weekends (Preferably Evening)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Follow individualized care plans and support daily activities.

• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report health concerns.

• Respect residents’ rights, dignity, and personal belongings.

• Complete required documentation and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active CNA license in California.

• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
