CareSphere is seeking experienced DSPs to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and local communities.

What to expect:
• Full-time and part-time opportunities based on available assignments.
• Daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend schedules.
• Assignments matched to your availability, location, and experience.
• One-on-one work supporting daily routines, personal care, life skills, and community activities.
• You choose whether to accept an assignment offered to you.

Previous DSP experience is preferred. Applicants with experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or human services are also encouraged to apply.

Required screenings, training, and assignment-specific qualifications must be completed before working independently.
