RN Supervisor for small, rural Skilled Nursing Facility in Indiana, PA

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

2:00 PM – 2:00 AM

6:00PM - 6:30AM

10:00PM - 6:30AM

Full or Part-Time

Pay Rate Based on Years of Experience

+ Shift Differential

What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
