Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team in providing high-care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.

Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments

• Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans

• Provide support and guidance to residents and families

• Document care activities accurately and thoroughly

Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) Qualifications:

• Valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
