Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Newport Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Christiana, Pennsylvania. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food service to our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:

• Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Food Service or the Assistant Food Service Director, assist in the preparation and service of food

• Follow a cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Transport food trays to the nursing units as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents and staff members

Qualifications:

• Must be able to understand English

• Must enjoy working with food and food preparations

• Serious applicants with a pleasant disposition

• Enjoy working with the geriatric population

• Must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays
