About the Role

As a Medical Assistant at Carease Health - NJ, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) to prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in managing our high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and perform other medical-related tasks as assigned

• Collaborate with our experienced clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA in a healthcare setting

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Skilled in taking vital signs

• Certified Medical Assistant certification required

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to relocate before starting work

• Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekend work
