We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Director of Admissions to join our leadership team!

The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build lasting relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources.

• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.

• Drive census growth and maintain strong facility occupancy.

• Conduct facility tours and communicate with prospective residents and families.

• Develop marketing strategies to promote facility services.

• Monitor referrals, admissions, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Previous admissions or marketing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and increase census.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
