At Optimal Care Therapy, we are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Illinois. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism.

About the Role:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

About the Opportunity:

• Competitive salary range: $65-70 HOURLY (Salary offered for full time employees)

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Licensed in Illinois (LBA)

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
