About the Role:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Certified Medication Aide to work closely with our nursing staff to administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide basic care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and transferring patients

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and medication administration

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
