New Dawn ABA is a founder-led practice serving kids with autism at home, in school, and in the community across Missouri and Colorado. We’re growing our Colorado team and need a BCBA who does great clinical work from home.

The job:

• Own your caseload: assessments, treatment plans, and parent training

• Supervise and coach RBTs

• Run supervision, parent sessions, and team meetings remotely

• Raise issues early. You’ll always know what’s expected of you.

What we’re looking for:

• Active BCBA certification

• Active Colorado LBA

• Colorado-based preferred but not required, so you can step in person when a case needs it

• Strong communication with families, RBTs, and leadership

• Comfort working independently, with support when you need it
