At Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong multitasking skills and self-motivation. The Painter will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and assist with the overall organization and efficiency of the Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform interior and exterior painting and maintenance for the main building and surrounding grounds

• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance as needed

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep

• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance work performed

• Support the organization and daily operations of the Maintenance Department

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Willingness to perform physical labor

• Prior painting or maintenance experience preferred
