Panacea Health Corp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Dining Services to lead and elevate dining operations across multiple healthcare facilities. Duties

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and supervision of all dining services across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and high standards of quality.

• Lead and manage food service teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.

• Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, food safety standards, and local health codes to maintain a safe dining environment.

• Develop and manage budgets for each facility’s dietary department, including food purchasing, inventory control, and cost analysis to optimize resources.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop personalized care plans that incorporate nutritional needs, including tube feeding protocols and dietary restrictions.

• Conduct regular assessments of food production processes, ensuring the delivery of nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ preferences and dietary requirements.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documenting care plans, tracking dietary assessments, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor food safety management practices through routine inspections and staff training to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• Coordinate with healthcare teams on diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to tailor nutrition strategies effectively.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in food service delivery by analyzing feedback, implementing best practices, and staying current with industry trends.

Skills

• Proven experience in skilled nursing facilities dining services with a strong understanding of patient assessment and clinical nutrition.

• Expertise in managing food service teams within dietary departments, including supervising staff and overseeing food production operations.

• Deep knowledge of health regulation policies related to food safety management and health code compliance.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage budgets effectively, and drive operational excellence.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for managing electronic health records related to care plans and dietary documentation.

• Experience with tube feeding protocols, acute care nutrition needs, and diagnostic evaluation processes.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff, residents’ families, and external partners.

• Ability to oversee food service health code compliance while maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

• Knowledge of physiology as it relates to nutrition science to support clinical dietetics initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in managing food safety programs, budgeting processes, and implementing innovative food production methods.
