About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) Per Diem with North Lake Care Center, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Providing hands-on therapy treatment to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

• Conducting patient education sessions to promote independence and self-care

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
