Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team at Jamestown Place Health and Rehab. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the facility, including programs and activities, in accordance with current laws and regulations

• Identify key performance indicators and establish a system to monitor and evaluate outcomes

• Develop and implement processes and systems to maintain the fiscal health of the facility

• Lead and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly management team meetings

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration preferred

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or other related healthcare facility

• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
