What You’ll Do

• Safely drive residents to appointments and other approved destinations.

• Assist with transfers, wheelchair securement, mobility, and personal care within your CNA scope.

• Coordinate appointment schedules and paperwork with Nursing.

• Monitor resident comfort and promptly report changes or concerns.

• Complete transportation logs, vehicle safety checks, and routine vehicle cleaning.

• Provide additional CNA support when transportation assignments permit.

What You Bring

• Active Wyoming CNA certification in good standing

• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet facility vehicle-insurance requirements

• Safe transfer and mobility-assistance skills

• Dependability, patience, and strong communication

• Ability to complete required background checks and training

• Transportation or wheelchair-accessible vehicle experience preferred

Schedule

PRN / As Needed. Hours depend on resident appointments and facility needs, with weekday availability preferred. Hours are not guaranteed.
