About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift LPN (RNs accepted) to join our team at Mullican Wellness & Rehabilitation in Savoy, Texas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Assist with patient transfers, mobility, and ambulation as needed

• Perform other essential duties as required to support patient care and facility operations

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progress
