As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Home Helpers Home Care of Central Seminole County, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors and other individuals in need of home care services. Our focus is to provide the level of care for our clients that we would expect for ourselves and our families. We hire only the best caregivers and provide comprehensive care to individuals wherever they call home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide daily living and household support, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Assist with mobility and ambulation, transfers, and repositioning

• Provide companionship and socialization

• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to create a personalized care plan

• Document care provided and communicate with families and healthcare professionals as necessary

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry

• Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to clients

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
