Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County. 

About This Opportunity 

We are looking for a caring, compassionate DSP to support a 51-year-old woman with a mild intellectual disability. She is looking for companionship, emotional support, and someone to enjoy outings with, such as going to the mall. Responsibilities include helping around the house, grocery shopping, light cooking, spending quality time together, and providing transportation to appointments.

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experience preffered

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: 3 days a week 3:00PM -7:00PM
Pay: 18-22/hr

Driving on shift: REQUIRED
