Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting while ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition, promptly communicating significant changes to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on each resident's needs and clinical condition.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor residents' responses to medications and treatments and take appropriate clinical action when changes in condition occur.

About the Role

We are seeking a FULL-TIME Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with a competitive hourly rate of $48–$52/hour to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Minot, North Dakota. Free housing provided and a comprehensive benefits package are available to support your assignment.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted RN license.

• Must hold a valid North Dakota compact/multistate RN license or otherwise meet applicable North Dakota RN licensure requirements.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or similar patient-care settings is preferred.
