STNA Team Lead – Long-Term Care

Grafton Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, dependable STNA Team Lead to support our third-floor long-term care team. We are looking for a strong caregiver and role model who is committed to quality resident care, teamwork, and accountability.

This is an important leadership opportunity for an STNA who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care to long-term residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care while leading and supporting fellow STNAs.

• Help coordinate daily assignments and ensure resident care needs are addressed.

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among nursing assistants.

• Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

• Support consistent care routines for long-term residents.

• Communicate resident concerns and changes in condition to the nursing team promptly.

• Help maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and care procedures.

• Serve as a positive role model for new and existing team members.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification required.

• Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility required.

• Previous team lead, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Dependable, professional, and committed to high standards of resident care.

• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, STNAs, and other members of the care team.
