Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Millstone Township NJ 08535.

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old individual who is nonverbal and has epilepsy. The individual requires close supervision and assistance with daily activities, engagement, and maintaining a safe environment. This is a hands-on support role focused on companionship, supervision, and providing consistent care throughout the shift.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experience preferred. 

• Reliable Vehicle. 

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: Saturdays 10:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: 18-21/hr.
Location: Millstone Township NJ 08535 (Monmouth County) 
Driving on shift: Not required
