Quality Assurance Nurse Job Summary:

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of care provided by our facilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them

• Collaborate with facility staff to implement quality improvement initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution

• Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify trends

• Participate in internal audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

• Provide feedback and coaching to staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facility leadership, staff, and external partners

Quality Assurance Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN licensure in good standing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations for improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
