Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and courteous Receptionist to join our team at Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to the nursing facility with a courteous and helpful attitude

• Forward phone calls to appropriate departments

• Direct visitors to the correct department or office in the facility

• Greet new admissions and provide a warm welcome

• Perform other duties as assigned

You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing a high level of customer service.
