What You'll Do

As an RN Supervisor, you'll play an important role in providing excellent resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during your assigned shift.

• Ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

• Collaborating with nursing administration and interdisciplinary team members.

• Supporting nursing staff with clinical needs, resident concerns, and day-to-day operations.

• Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

• Ensuring compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• A team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care.

• Long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.
