Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
• Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
• 0 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
