Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ordered by nurses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatments
