About the Role:

As a Day 7a-7p LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

• Document patient information accurately and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and caregivers

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including restocking supplies and maintaining infection control protocols

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, customer service, and teamwork

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an LPN; preferably with geriatric or long-term care experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
