As a Day CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, with a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Active CNA certification in the state of Florida

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with ease

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
