About the Role:

As a Night CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and assist with daily living activities. You will also maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital signs, wound care, and assist with daily living activities

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members, including nurses, doctors, and other CNAs

• Assist with managing medication administration and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
