Job Summary:

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Marlborough, MA. As an RBT at Champions ABA - MA, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

As an RBT at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings

• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals

• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress

• Implementing and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based procedures

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
