Yes ABA Therapy helps children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We’re looking for a compassionate RBT to join our Upper Marlboro team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy alongside our BCBAs.

What you’ll do

• Deliver ABA therapy

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Track data and progress during sessions

• Support daily living skills and skill-building programs

• Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

What we’re looking for

• RBT certification

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or special education is a plus

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Team player who can also work independently
