Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to veterans in the comfort of their own homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and manage medication schedules

• Encourage socialization and engagement through activities and conversations

• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
