Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Malden, MA. As an RBT at Champions ABA - MA, you will work closely with our team of behavior analysts and therapists to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress

• Providing positive reinforcement and reinforcement-based procedures to increase desired behaviors

• Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and progress

• Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Responsibilities:

As an RBT at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings

• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals

• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress

• Implementing and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based procedures

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
