Regional Manager – Manufactured Housing Communities

Location: Indiana | Field-Based Role

About the Opportunity

We are a growing real estate investment firm with a portfolio of five manufactured housing communities across Indiana and plans to acquire more. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Regional Manager who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the business.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys real estate, working with people, and spending time in the field. You will work closely with our corporate team to support daily operations and help improve the performance of our communities.

What You'll Do

• Visit and oversee manufactured housing communities throughout Indiana, including the Indianapolis, Plymouth, and Evansville areas.

• Conduct regular property visits to assess community conditions, identify operational needs, and follow up on issues.

• Communicate with on-site managers, residents, vendors, and the corporate team.

• Monitor property performance, maintenance needs, and day-to-day operations.

• Help implement company policies, improve processes, and maintain community standards.

• Support the growth of our portfolio as we acquire additional properties.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally.

• An interest in real estate, property management, or real estate investing.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A willingness to travel regularly throughout Indiana and work hands-on in the field.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Previous property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
