Registered Behavioral Technician is a crucial role in our organization, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional like you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure effective therapy and communication

• Maintain a positive and patient-centered approach in all interactions
