Some Qualifications as a LPN Medication Manager

• Ordering Medications/Prescriptions. Monitoring need for Medication reorders and refills

• Communicating with LHCSA RN , Case Management or Executive Director regarding orders to be handled by CHHA.

• Inventory Checks for Medications and required Supplies.

• Oversight of Immediate Removal and proper destruction of all discontinued and/or expired medications.

• All duties assigned by Management or the Executive Director
